Salaam to all! As most of you know, we sat for our O level Arabic papers today. So here's what happened today.Took the 7:15am train Woodlands-Jurong East. Along the way, terserempak (better improve my vocab) with adik2 Luqqi, the two girls from AlSaggoff (spelling btol?), and Ilyana S508 from Maarif. Then transferred to the EastWest line to Tiong Bahru. The moment I tapped out, dah nmpk da puak2 die. WakTanjong one corner, casual clothes for attire, (I know they're from WakTG because of my exIrsyadian, Mundzir), Maarif diri kt tgh2 alam, blinding pink for attire, AlSaggoff (better check the spelling before they sue me) somewhere in the crowd jugak la, and us. Cant remember any Aljuniedians. Anyway. Walked to the GCE Examinations centre, 5 minutes walking distance. Presented our entry proofs and entered the compound. Checked out our assigned venues. HALL, ROW 10 for me. I got the furthers back seat. Cool :) There were about, 10 invigilators? Estimation lah. One was repeating the instructions again and again. "Switch off all handphones and place them in your bags. Write down your name, centre number, index number on the cover page." Itu pn ade jugak maseh ringing time tengah amek exam. Klaka kepe syarap? Met our old friends, Mundzir (mentioned above), Naufal Tijany, adela lagi. The paper was not up to my expectations. I expect myself to squirm and bang my head for not being able to do. But it was doable. Alhamdulillah. Everybody agreed it was quite easy, so nothing to brag about. Lol. Oh oh! And there was an old man, a teacher from Darul Arqam, who knows Ust Azhari and the previous principals of our school. Or should I say my previous school. (I know this cause I talked to him. A short convo). So yeah. He sat for the Arabic paper. After the paper, went to satisfy our stomachs. Mcd full. Long John full. Saw this old woman eating icecream kt Mcd. The way she ate it, cute. Lol. We decided on going to Dover to search for New Town Sec. School where we are going to have our practical tomorrow. Arif nk makan LJS. So, left with Hafidz, Luqman and me. Went to dover. Asked the MRT guy the route to New Town Sec. He said its closer to Clementi. Or was it Commonwealth? Ntahlah. Luqqi and I tapped out to have a look at the local map. So its right behind SP. But hafidz got the easy way. This is what he did..... Kantoi!! Haha. Die gi tanye pmpn tu. But yeah. He got the answer. Naek bas kehape ntah. So our work is done there. Plan was to go to school to meet up with the others but from Dover to Braddell? Jauh sgt. So we went to Jurong Point to get something to eat. Had to choose between Mcd, LJS and KFC. So we each picked one, and played ooopayyyasom. I was Mcd and I was out. Tapi 3 disagreed with Mcd being out. So the choice was clear. MCD. Lunch hour bebeh! They both ordered Mega McSpicy. I was short on money, and sme da pokai, so I bought McSpicy je. Nga makan punye makan, then there's one Chinese boy eating with his friends, at the table beside us. He was eating Mega McSpicy. He took out one chicken thigh from the burger, and place it one the other side of the packaging. We thought it was normal ah until.....He went home without that piece! WTAYAMFREE!!! Hafidz look out for my back, Luqqi the opposite direction. Coast clear, Harith, kebas! Woooo~!!!!! We got free chicken!!! There! Lol. And bits of fries. No worries. He didnt want it, so its halal. And we assume he dont eat pork. Lol. Ape lagi. Bedal ah same2. Kerje tk snonoh. Hahahaah. Operation, success! Stomach full, we went out of McD, eyeing a tray full of fries. Dasar penyamun. Vultures. Otw tp frontier, Jurong West library, we saw this puny escalator. Semangat nk amek gmbr. Had to take a couple of shots. Tu pn tk lawa sgt. After a while, we realised that we were standing right outside a shop selling women's inner wear. Ouch. Wrong place. Chiao. Decide to melencong ke Lot1. Library Jurong West td tu hujan. Susah nk jalan. Lot1, we prayed at the stairs, on cardboards. And then head to Aries. Hahahahha. Nk carik class rings. Nk amek gmbr but there were some Bukit Panjang Gov High girls. I didnt enter. Hafidz and Luqman je yg masuk. Muke tebal. Hahahhaa.
Stopped at a games shop. Hafidz maen Xbox. Skejap je. Lol. Tatau maen nk step expert. Wanted to go down an escalator but it was stationary. Coincidentally, the repairman was there. So he told us to wait. Managed to snap a photo of him, doing his job. Appreciated. Haha. Round2 dalam bazaar skejap. Then its time to go home. Hafidz got stuck at the barrier. Kosong kepe? Da pokai lagi. He got in with the help of the MRT lady. Ntah mcm mane ntah. He has to inform the guy at his destination station about his empty card. And he'll get out. Free ride? So yeah. Went home, got some rest. And now! (after updating) its time to study. Done. Wassalam. A new beginning

The thing I regret most? Not joining the parting ceremony.Anyway, there's the Arabic paper. We'll meet again soon. Tomorrow. After graduation, met up with some of the boys at Arif's house on Sunday. Arif himself, Khairul, Hafidz, Luqman, Naufal, Siddik, Ismail, Shah and Sufian. Studied Arabic with Arif's help. I can say its productive. The moment I arrive at Airf's house, everybody said: "Get into the mood! Harith nye turn nanges!" LOL. Tanak la nanges2. We'll still be together. Monday, went to school to get some Add Maths vitamins. Thought of meeting some of the teachers but they're probably busy teaching. So yeah. Next time. Was online yesterday. A question from TonTon made my heart stop. "Kau practical ktne?" Shoot. I cant find the letter from SEAB. Okay. So letter misplaced. Practical in 3 days time. TonTon then mentioned New Town Sec. Good. I remembered. New Town Sec. Shift? I dont know. So I checked up with http://seab.gov.sg/ and called the Customer Servive Hotline today. 20 minutes later, I'm saved! *phew*
Add Maths today. MPR I heard. Or read, at Mary's blog. Planned to revise Arabic and Chemistry. So didnt attend today's class. Anyway, its optional. So tomorrow will be having Arabic Papers at GCE centre Tiong Bahru. Better check the location. Okay. Done here. Friday, October 9, 2009

I made a promise to myself, not to cry when parting, as the skies has shed their tears for us, the day before graduation. I kept my promise. I assured myself, that we will meet again, someday, and I really believe in that. But now, as I'm browsing through the pictures, the crybaby me, seems to be forcing its way out. Restraining the sadness, is not an easy task, but I will let it out, only when the lids are closed. Graduation

Salaam to all. Hey peepsies. It has been a quite a long time since I last updated this blog. Got lots to share, but, ahhhh...malas. Graduation day. Tomorrow. 9 October 2009. 11 years studying in Madrasah Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiah has made me a knowledgable young man. I canextract the visual memory of the first day of school. The assembly. The classes. The teachers. When we, my companions and I, were in p6, we were the first batch in Irsyad to sit for the PSLE examinations! It was an honour. Through the teachers' tears and toil, we made it. Together. Secondary life was never easy. We ventured together into the world of curiosity. Hehh. With our dear teachers' guidance and prayers and friends advices, we survived. However, we have yet to discover the true meaning of friendship. Thats when great friendship ties and brotherly bonds were made when we were in Secondary 3 Iman. Under the care of Cikgu Zulkifli, who with his valuable advice, had made me realise what friends are. Secondary 4, with Cikgu Iskandar, we pushed ourselves and our peers to the limit, to get ourselves on par with our Asatizahs' expectations for STE examinations. And yet, this year, with Mr Esmadi, we are working our brains off to strive for O levels examinations. Please make doa' for us Sec5s. I have grown to love this school. 'Police and Theif' around the school, the big roots of the big tree, cottons floating onto our heads, uninvited 'guests', staying back till Isyak and all, the Qiyam at old dewan. Above all, I grew to love the Irsyad family. The teachers, the seniors, the juniors of my time. They are those who fill my day. Just imagine, almost 8 hours, sometimes more, I spent in Irsyad foror 11 years. And now, its already time to leave. ahh.. Lets just face it. FOR EVERYBODY IN IRSYAD. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME, WETHER YOU KNOW IT OR NOT. ALL THE BEST TO YOU GUYS WHO STILL HAVE A COUPLE MORE YEARS TO GO. الله معنا Wassalam. |
